We’ve developed our own proprietary ReflectAI® technology, powered by advanced computer vision - the same kind of technology used in self-driving cars. The Mirror has an invisible built-in camera that uses multi-point body tracking to analyse your form in real time. It knows when you’re performing an exercise correctly or incorrectly, providing instant feedback and counting your reps as you go.

Right now, nearly 400 exercises are enabled with AI tracking.

Yes - the Mirror includes both a detachable stand for leaning against a wall and a wall-mounting bracket, so you can set it up in whichever format suits your space.

Your Mirror and accessories will be delivered and unboxed on a day you choose, in a room of your choice (even if you need it upstairs!). For security, a signature will be required upon delivery due to the high value of the product. We will never deliver the Mirror if you aren't home to collect it.

Each smart dumbbell adjusts from 2kg to 32kg in 2kg increments using quick twist technology in the handle. Combined, the dumbbells give a maximum of 64kg of weight. The Mirror is compatible with other dumbbells if you'd like to use your own.

Your Mirror comes with a free 3-year warranty. If anything goes wrong due to a fault on our part, we’ll repair or replace it for you.

You can also add an optional 2-year extended warranty at checkout. Full details are available in the site footer.

You can have up to 5 user profile on the Mirror, each with their own personalised dashboard and user metrics.

For the ReflectAI® technology to work effectively, you will need just 4 feet of clearance space in front of the Mirror for it to track your body accurately.
