White Glove Delivery Service
Once you place your order, we'll get to work preparing your order to be shipped right away. If you order now, your order will be delivered in 2-5 days. We're almost sold out and our sale will end when we do. Order now to secure your £500 off, this offer will never run again.
On the day, the courier will call you 30 minutes before they arrive to ensure you're home. When they arrive, they will unbox your order in a room of your choice (even if it's on the first floor).
Mirrors & accessories will be shipped separately using different couriers. You will receive a booking link from each courier.
White glove nominated day delivery & unboxing in a room of your choice is £50. Your order will be delivered from 18th June. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or logistical delays. Please see the product pages for more accurate time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking details. This information will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery. We partner with reputable shipping carriers to provide accurate and up-to-date tracking information.
We kindly ask that you inspect your mirror right away, in the presence of our delivery partner, to ensure everything looks good. If you notice any damage, please reach out to our customer support so we can assist you. We highly recommend you let our delivery partner unpack and unbox the mirror so you can inspect properly before they leave. We cannot accept returns for damages after this point.
We strive to ensure that your shipping experience with us is as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Please note, we do not accept any liability for any damages our courier may cause when delivering your product. When they arrive, please instruct them the safest way to deliver your product in your chosen room.
Changes to Delivery
Any changes to your delivery slot must be made by 12:30PM the day prior to your delivery. Any changes after that you'll be required to pay the rebooking fee of £100. This does not apply to international orders.
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
International Shipping Policy:
For international shipments, additional shipping charges apply. The exact shipping costs for international orders will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, based on the destination country.
If your shipping address cannot be processed at checkout, please contact our Customer Service team at team@magic.fit. They will assist you with manually completing your order.
