Refund policy
We strongly advise all of our users to use the mirror for as much time as possible in order to see the full benefit of the mirror. Please read the details carefully to ensure a smooth return process.
Return Eligibility
MAGIC Mirror: We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date you receive your MAGIC Mirror. This policy also applies to items purchased alongside the mirror as part of a package.
Accessories Only Orders: For standalone accessories, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To qualify for a return, all items must be in their original condition, including:
Original box, foam inserts, plastic mirror bag, and accessories box which includes instruction manual, marketing leaflet, wall mount, and wall tether. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be rejected.
Returns Cost
Returns for MAGIC Mirror packages within the 30-day period are completely free, with no delivery or pickup charges. If you return items such as dumbbells or benches separately (i.e.not as part of a package with the mirror), a pickup fee will apply.
For international orders customers must cover the shipping costs.
Order cancellations before the item has shipped will be subject to an 8% processing fee to cover transaction and administrative costs. As a result, customers will receive a refund equivalent to 92% of the total order value. Please note that this policy applies to all purchases, including pre-orders, and is intended to help us manage order fulfillment efficiently and fairly.
Return Process
Contact Us: To initiate a return, email our team at team@magic.fit outlining why you would like to return your items. Do not send items back without contacting us first, as these will not be accepted. Return requests made over our live chat will also be refused.
Returns Form: You will be required to fill in the Returns Form. This will give you a chance to leave feedback on why you’re returning your MAGIC Mirror. This helps us improve our products and services. You will be required to reset your mirror to factory settings and provide photographic proof of this.
Scheduling a Return: After receiving your complete form back and providing everything is in order, you will be sent a tracking link to book your collection.
Refund Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post refunds. Please allow 7 working days for the return to be processed.

Genuine Use Only: This policy is intended to give you the opportunity to evaluate your MAGIC Mirror. If we believe the return is not due to genuine dissatisfaction, we reserve the right to decline the return request and refuse future purchases.
Exclusions: The 30-day return policy is exclusively for consumer purchases made through our website. It does not apply to purchases from other marketplaces. Only one trial per customer or household is permitted.
