I’m new to working out, will I be able to keep up?
MAGIC is suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you’re an absolute beginner or a fitness pro, we’ve got workouts to suit everyone!
Can you choose your workouts or do you stick to a program?
Completely up to you! We offer a range of programs composed of 3-4 workouts in each week, as well as a range of on demand classes if you want to just jump into a workout.
How long are the workouts?
The workouts can be anything from 15-45 minutes, perfect to squeeze into your day no matter what your schedule looks like.
What are the programmes and classes?
Our 4 week programmes are predominantly strength based, made up of 3-4 workouts per week to help you achieve your goals. The workout styles and techniques may vary depending on which trainer you work with. When it comes to our classes we have everything from 15 minute core blasts to 45 minute HIIT classes. There’s something for everyone!
What are your trainers like?
We work with the world’s best athletes to help motivate you to achieve your goals. We’ve got Team GB Olympians, sports stars, and London’s best personal trainers. Our coaching team is the best in the business if we do say so ourselves!
How much space do you need in your house?
You’ll need 5 feet of clearance space in front of the mirror for effective camera tracking - about the size of a standard yoga mat!
