Our 4 week programmes have been designed by some of the world’s greatest athletes with progress in mind. They are structured plans that work toward strength goals, based on your fitness levels. They’re our version of a personalised training plan, and with personalised feedback, rep counting and weights guidance, they replicate the experience of working with a personal trainer. With plenty of programmes to choose from no matter what your goal or fitness level, they’re the perfect place to start on your MAGIC journey.
Take on the feedback and keep challenging yourself!
Throughout your workouts you'll be given live feedback into your form. This feedback will help you to make progress and move safely and correctly, and so by taking it on board you'll begin to see your form accuracy score improve on your MAGIC mirror. Pretty cool, right? In order to get the most out of the AI coaching, make sure you're adjusting your movements as the AI corrects you, and as your form accuracy improves, make sure you're challenging yourself enough with those weights too. This is where you'll start to see real progress!
