We’ve worked with our incredible athlete coaches to create 4 week programs designed with progress in mind. No matter what your fitness level or fitness goal, we’ve got you covered. So what does a typical MAGIC program look like?
Depending on which program you choose, you’ll have 3-4 set workouts per week. These may be split up into an upper body or lower body session, a full body session, and a core and conditioning workout.
Throughout these sessions you will receive live personalised feedback on your form, so you can make sure you’re moving safely and correctly, and improve your technique. Your reps will be counted in real time - so no need to remember how many you’ve done! And finally, you’ll be guided on the weights to choose, so you know you’re working to the right intensity.
Our programs utilise progressive overload to help you see results. So what does that mean? We’ll be increasing the load on your body each week, so your body starts to adapt to those changes. This is where progress happens. That might mean an increase in reps of an exercise, or an increase in sets, or an increase in intensity. The workouts will get harder each week, and your strength and fitness will improve as they do.
In order to get the most out of our programs, you need to make sure you stick to them. Consistency is key when it comes to fitness, and these workouts have been designed with consistency in mind.
